CPH-Village: Pimp your mailbox

For this project my study group and I collaborated with CPH-Village - a company building student housing in Copenhagen - to develop an event for them to create a community between the students living in their ‘village’. We created the event ‘Pimp your mailbox’ which worked by having the newly-moved-in students collaborate on decorating their mailboxes in casual atmosphere with drinks and snacks - a sort of move-in ritual that has been continued in the village since.

We did heaps of fieldwork and facilitated a workshop with the villagers to include them closely in the process which was a majo focus within the whole project. I was also in charge of creating all graphic materials for the event as well as a ‘logo’.
